CVMetric provides tools for resume creation, ATS scoring analysis, and job description comparison. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

You may not use CVMetric in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

CVMetric provides analysis, scoring signals, and suggestions based on general resume practices and job description matching. These outputs are informational in nature and are intended to support — not replace — your own judgment.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific hiring outcome. Results from ATS scoring tools are estimates and may differ from how a specific employer's internal system evaluates your resume.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide, including your resume content and any job descriptions submitted for analysis.

CVMetric does not verify the accuracy of content you submit. Submitting false, misleading, or third-party content without authorization is your responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences that arise from inaccurate or improperly sourced content.

All platform content, features, functionality, branding, and underlying technology belong to CVMetric and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of your resume content and any other personal data you submit to the platform. By using CVMetric, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely to provide the service.

CVMetric is provided on an availability basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, downtime, or changes to functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where practical.

CVMetric is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVMetric, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes, without limitation, any decisions made based on resume analysis outputs, employment outcomes, or data loss.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to CVMetric at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or acted in a way that is harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of CVMetric after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of CVMetric shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and where necessary, through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
